We gather in solemn worship to remember the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Through scripture, prayer, and reflection, we stand at the foot of the cross and contemplate the depth of God’s love for the world.
The most ancient and powerful service of the Christian year. Beginning in darkness, we light the new fire and hear the story of God’s saving work before celebrating the resurrection of Christ. This beautiful and moving service leads us from darkness into light.
