St. Augustine once wrote that “For the one who sings praise, does not only praise, but also praises joyously; the one who sings praise, is not only singing, but also loving Him whom they are singing about.” As Christians our singing is rooted in God’s love for us, and our love for him.
Music plays a central role in the worship life of Anglican liturgy. At Grace we strive to balance traditional hymns and other alternative music arrangements.
Music at our 10:30 a.m. worship service is led by a music director and a congregational choir. If you enjoy singing or if you play an instrument, you are encouraged to join us as we look to continue to expand our musical range.
The choir rehearses on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
